A FOUR EUROPEAN PROJECTS' EVENT SUPPORTED BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION

THE EVENT

January 25th, 2018, 14.00 to 18.00 CET followed by networking cocktail
Institute of Molecular Sciences of Orsay (ISMO), Plateau de Saclay (Paris region), France

This Brokerage and Pitching Event aims at bringing together the partners of four FP7 and Horizon2020 projects, namely the Marie Curie ITNs ARGENT, CYCLON-HIT and NABBA, as well as the TASCMAR project, all focused on medical research, and top relevant actors in the field, such as HE and research institutions representatives, European and national public authorities, potential investors, industrial suppliers, medical specialists, press, associations of patients.


Besides raising awareness and inspiring stakeholders about some key European contemporary medical research subjects, this event explores the means of reducing the gap between scientific research and the exploitation of research results, by the building and strengthening of bridges between scientists and  various stakeholders. The program of the afternoon incites  the participants to build collaborations and partnerships, for the facilitating of open innovation and long-term sustainability of research results.

Pitch Presentations: Attend the researchers' 5 minute pitch presentations, get inspired by their scientific projects and maybe get to collaborate!

Stakeholders' Presentations: Stakeholders are also invited to present their perspective and interest in collaborating with scientists / funding their research / contributing to the sustainability of their reseatch results. Please indicate in your registration form whether you are willing to present.

Networking: Various opportunities to initiate new contacts and collaborations or strenghten the already existant ones!
