How to get there? By car GPS : 48.707474, 2.132366 Follow directions from the map below to get to the event venue from the parking. The red lines show the road wheareas the blue dots show the pavement or no road at all.
By public transport From Paris, Orsay can be accessed from any station, through connections leading to the RER B line (express metro). See map. At the RER B station, take the tunnel to the other side. If you took the RER B in direction of St Rémy-lès-Chevreuse, then follow exit Georges Clemenceau at Orsay-Ville and the tunnel will be at your left. If you took the RER B in direction of Orsay-Ville then your exit is going to lead to the tunnel, just turn left in the tunnel to reach the otherside. When you exit the tunnel, turn left onto street Elisa Desjobert. Then continue straight ahead until you reach the bus station Gare d'Orsay - L'Yvette. There take the bus 7 until the stop Bois-des-Rames (3rd stop).
After you get off the bus, just follow the red (road) or blue (pavement, or no road) line to get to ISMO.
From the Hotel d'Orsay When exiting the hotel, turn left on the street François Leroux. Walk straight ahead for 20 meters, then turn right onto the street Allée du Coteau. Walk for 120 meters before turning left onto the street Chemin du Merisier. After 60 meters, turn right to reach the street Rue de Chevreuse. Walk straight ahead for 400 meters, then turn left onto to street Rue du Chateau. Walk for 90 meters, you're then going to reach the street Rue du Doyen Joseph Pérès. There, take the bus 7 in direction of Plateau de Moulon - Corbeville. Get off at the first stop, Bois-des-Rames, and follow the directions of the map above to reach ISMO.
From the Hotel le Village When exiting the hotel, turn left on the street Rue Neuve. At the roundabout, take the second exit leading onto the street Alphonse Pécard. Then take right at the end of the street onto Rue de la Croix de Grignon. The RER B should be right in front of you. So take the RER B in direction of Aéroport Charles de Gaulle or Mitry-Claye. Get off at station Orsay-Ville (3rd stop) and exit through the tunnel to the left. When you exit the tunnel, turn left onto street Elisa Desjobert. Then continue straight ahead until you reach the bus station Gare d'Orsay - L'Yvette. There take the bus 7 until the stop Bois-des-Rames (3rd stop).
After you get off the bus, just follow the red (road) or blue (pavement, or no road) line to get to ISMO.
How to get to the Charles De Gaulle airport from ISMO? By car See map. By public transport Take the bus 7 from Bois-de-Rames and get off at its terminal station Gare d'Orsay - L'Yvette. Then go straight ahead on the street Elisa Desjobert (it's a small climb up) until you reach the tunnel. In the tunnel turn right, there you can take the RER B in direction of Aéroport Ch. De Gaulle 2. Travel might take up to 1.5 hours.
